Open submenu with menu title

In the menu of my site in the mobile version, to open the submenu, you see a + with which shows the contents of the submenu, how can I do to ensure that even clicking on the menu title will show the contents of the submenu? this is the link to my site

we are sorry but we do not have an option to make the whole title clickable on mobile.

This is not a great solution. People normally click on the link...it is hard to see the little + on the side...nor they realised they should click on it...
