Remove border from side bars and menues

Hallo,

how can I remove the light gray borders from the left and right side bars and below the top menue please?

The whole page should have only one colour including side bars and top menue.

HI,
the sidebar border can be removed with this css

.widget-area {
	border:none !important
}

The shado in the header can be removed in theme options>global>advanced by disabling the shadows option.
