Pre-Built Websites option disappeared
I have updated two of my sites to 20.8.8.1 and I just noticed that the pre-built website option under betheme has been removed. When I attempt to click the link on the main betheme page, it says. "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."
I have downloaded a fresh theme download and manually replaced the folder and still have the same issue.

is your theme registered? Are you using a key on more than one domain? Please use this tool to manage your keys:

Also make sure you did not disable it in theme options>global>advanced.
Please disable all plugins, one of them could be the reason.
