Background is not transparent anymore

I used the ice cream theme you have and after I changed out the ice cream cone with my cake image the background for the whole slider turned white for some reason. Also, the slider doesn't pause anymore and everything disappears. Any help would be appreciated.

    You must have made an error somwhere in the slider. Please remove this slider and install it again.
    From the version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported automatically. You can also import them without installing the pre-built website. Here is a screenshot for better understanding: http://prntscr.com/h85ybi

    I installed the slider the way you said and that worked. THe new sider was working correctly. After that the only change I made was switching out the icecream image with a cupcake image, after that was done the text on the button changed and the image started disappearing again.

    There is probably some animation there, that is making the image dissapear.

    Hey,
    it works now. The problem was that the image had an intro animation but it also had an outro animation set and this is why it was hiding after seom time.

    OK I duplicated the slider you fixed (It looked great by the way) and changed the text See #5 Home Cake Backup. When I switched to it, the background went white again and the all the layers slide off again. I changed nothing but the text Get your piece of cake to A Piece of Cake.

    When I changed the slider back to the one you fixed (1# Home Cake) it as well has converted back to being broken with a white background. 

    Something weird is happening.

    It's not showing correctly, there is a big white box around the entire slider. When working properly the slide background is the same color as the webpage background.

    I'm not sure where you control the background color for this theme template but it is not white.

    I am going to attempt to change the text in the slider you fixed. 1# Home Cake, that is the live slider.

    I think I figured out how to add a screengrab to show you what I mean about the background colors. If you cant see it let me know.

    Well you have to edit the main slider option and set the slider background.

    That doesn't make any sense. When I downloaded the pre built website from you, The background a png file was transparent.

    I figured it out, somehow the background color settings on the slider itself got changed to white.
