Installing google tag manager on BE theme

Hi there,

I try to install the the google tag manager on the BE theme. I needed to download ad plugin first because apparently this theme has no places to insert tags?

So I use the "insert header and footer plugin" but the problem is that I need to paste one of the codes immediately "after" the opening <body> tag, but there is no such thing in the "insert header and footer plugin". How/where do I insert this code immediately after the opening <body> tag?

in options>SEO there which section do you use to add the code to the <body> section?

The google remarketing field is inserted in the body, there are descriptions under each field.
