Slider not working as intended [glitches]

I have 6 slides added and 2 sliders (the same one, twice) on the homepage: http://dizzart.ro

Whenever the page loads, the slider makes a weird effect and either overflows the item above, either moves down the items below.
Each image is exactly the size recommended> 1630x860.

Help, I can't think of any solution. 

For some reason, after one or two complete rounds of slide, the problem dissapears.
