Need to have a background image on header

  Hi,
  this is because the first section has a background set, if you remove it then you will see the brick background.

  Now I removed the background in the first section, you can see the header is transparent. However, I have added a image background on header under Theme Option/Header&Subheader. So I want to know how I can have the background show up same as my footer.

  So first what you need to do is to disable the header and menu transparency.
  You can do that in theme options>global>general.

  Ok so do this:
  1. Use this css

  body #Header #Top_bar {
  	background:url('http://35.173.81.240/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/rustic_body.jpg')no-repeat center center !important;
  	background-size:cover !important;
  }

  2. Go to theme options>global>general and choose the menu to be transparent (no white background behind the menu items)
