How to use gallery shortcode

Hi There,

I need the gallery style exactly like this one. But I can't figure out how to set up the "ids". Could you kindly teach me step by step, I really need to finish this site today.

Hi,
paste that shortcode into the wordpress editor in text mode, then switch to the visual mode and you will be able to edit it.

We suggest using the muffin builder gallery item instead.

Thanks for the info. Could you kindly let me know how to make the shortcode work exactly same with the demo?

There are many types of featured images in the theme, here are instructions for changing them:
1. To change the size of the images used in portfolio/blog/shop, please navigate to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image.
2. To change the size of the default WordPress gallery images, please go to settings>media.
3. To change the woocommerce images size please go to woocommerce>settings>products>display.

Notice!
Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.

Ok, thumbnail regeneration is a plugin, right? I have installed thumbnail regeneration, could you kindly teach how to use the plugin since I don't see anything changed after installing it.

I hope thumbnail regeneration is not only for changing the size of the images since my question is how to make the gallery images to fit the square frame in thumbnail, but keep their original proportions after clicking.

Hi,
yes, it is a plugin and it is quite straightforward. You just set the desired image size in options and open the plugin to click the button to regenerate thumbnails.
It will not affect the original images, just the ones wordpress copies and resizes.
