Hi I want to use the http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/callcenter/ theme but I want to add a simple contact form that looks like the one on the home page of your http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/transfer/ theme. How do I do that? Can you provide me with the form code used to create that form?

for more details about creating forms in CF7 plugin, we suggest to check plugin's doc http://contactform7.com/docs/ where everything has been explained. After checking this doc, you would be able to do whatever you want.

I've already looked through their documentation, but when I tried to do it like how you have it on your
BeTransfer demo (http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/transfer/) I couldn't get it to look like that...so can't you just tell me what the coding is that you used in your demo?

Yes, the one right below the header section with the blue background that says:

"We will call you back Your Name______________ You're email___________ send message"

So for that section we used the following code:

This one was made with mailchimp, not CF7.

OK. So I installed the mailchimp plugin and created a simple newsletter form but mine still doesn't look like the demo. I want it to loook exactly like your demo: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/sport/contact/

This is the form code I used:
<input type="email" name="EMAIL" placeholder="EMAIL" required><input type="submit" value="Subscribe">

Your site doesn't work today so we can not have a look. But if you want to create the same, please create an extra WP instance, install all necessary plugins like CF7 or Mailchimp and then import the demo. That would be the best way to learn how it was made.

Did you checked Custom CSS section as well? There is css responsible for this MailChimp form:

I applied that code to my betheme options custom css section and nothing happened...what code do I need to put in the mailchimp form field = please see picture attached http://fitnessislife.ca/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/newsletter.png

Nevermind I figured it out by right clicking it on your demo and inspecting the element and i just copied the code that it displayed which was:

i don't understand where i have to put this , when i use column i cannot insert the contact form element.. i need to create a similar page element to this :

You do not do this like that, you create the contact form and use the generated shortcode in the column.

Hi,
we do not use any special coding, you can import the pre-built website dentist and copy the contact form, then install the desired pre-built website and paste it.

We have already used the purchase code in the production, and we cannot install the pre-built website in staging without a new code.

In the Muffin editor, there is no widget for Contact Form 7 so how did you guys do it in the Dentist2 demo?

Please create a subdomain and install the wp with betheme there, you will be able to use the same license key

You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key, this also applies to subfolder on localhost installations.

So, you will be able to install another pre-built website and copy the schema of the contact form used ther

To add the ContactForm7, add an Item and search for Column in the muffin editor. Add the column.

In the Column Content field, add the Contact Form 7 shortcode i.e [contact-form-7 id="38" title="Contact Form"]
