Missing upload-button! No "Change Image" Button in Source: Main/Change Background

Hi everybody,
I have the following problem: I want to create a slideshow with Revolution Slider using photos from my internal drive. So, when I go to the Menu 
Main Background/Source and click on the bullet Main/Change Background there is no button popping up that would allow me to upload my images, the "Change Image" Button that I see on tutorials is completely missing.

I'm grateful for any ideas of how to fix that problem.

    Hi,
    maybe there is a plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins and check if it works then.

    Hi,
    I deinstalled and deleted the slider, then installed and activated it again.
    it was still missing on the existing slider that I had creaded, but it is there when I create a new slider :-) 
    so I'll just start over again and delete the slider where the button is missing.
