Design changed suddenly DESIGN GONE!!!

Dear betheme Support,

I have a big problem with my page! My design changed suddenly to a different design! I don't know why but everything is gone, my colours my fonts..everything. Please check the colour option in the betheme option panel. There is a big mistake going on....

Please help this is very urgent.

By the way, the visual composer is not available?? The problem from december still exists...

Hi,
you are using cache and optimization code and plugins.
Please disable ALL plugins and remove browser cache.
Also make sure you do not have any custom css.
The VC plugin (wp bakery page builer) is available for download in wordpres>betheme>installplugins

Hi,

Please tell me, which version of BeTheme do you have?

I see that you have old muffin icon.

Please update your theme to the newest version and clear the cache.

its the vesion 17.8.2.

If I will check for updates, Wordpress tells me that I have the newest version??

Is this correct?

Hi,
Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
