Where can I edit this in the backend?

Hi there,

I have this page the way I'd like it:

When I click on one of those Read More buttons, I get to a page that looks like this:

I would like to remove the following on this sub page:

Sharing buttons, recent, comments etc.

Where on earth can I find that in the backend?
