Sidebar for Category/Archive is always the same as for blog page as those pages are part of blog. So please setup sidebar for blog, then setup blog page in Settings > Reading section and you will get what you need
This is because wordpress is not able to split blog and category pages. For wordpress this is the same page but with different content. That's why it works this way
