Hi,

NGO demo doesn't import the about page. How to fix this?

only the about page? Could you check if the page is available in wordpress>pages?

Yes it is available but nothing imported. It's empty.

Please first use the database cleaner plugin ( it will popup upon installing a pre-built website)
and then import the pre-built website.
Make sure it is a fresh wordpress install.

It is a fresh installation. Did you change anything on your side?

No we did not, please try to wipe it and import it again.
Disable all plugins when you do this.

Hi, this is a multisite installation. Isn't there another way to troubleshoot?

This must be something either with the plugins (we suggest disabling all of them) or the settings of your hosting/multisite wordpress which we cannot fix.
