Resources with a "?" in the URL are not cached by some proxy caching servers

When running the website through GMetrix I get the following message:

Resources with a "?" in the URL are not cached by some proxy caching
servers. Remove the query string and encode the parameters into the URL
for the following resources:

https://prnt.sc/jnim8x

As you can see these are all mostly template files. What can I do about this? I am using WP super cache

HI,

those are added by the plugins and wordpress. We do not controll this. It is only for controlling the version of the files and it does not have any impact on the code.

This is not a theme related question and we really cannot disable it.
