can't remove or duplicate slider in slider revolution

in revolution slider if I try to delete or duplicate a slide in a slider, or the slider itself, nothing happens. It just ignores the click.

Hello,
please make sure that the plugin, wordpress and betheme are all updated to the newest version.
Disable all plugin and leave only RSlider active, test it.
Also check your php version on the server, it should be 7.0 at least.

Thanks Bryan, I can't resolve the problem, the php was updated to 7.2, betheme to 20.9.3 and all plugins disabled and have the same blank page

Hi,

Try downgrading the PHP version to 7.0, the latest PHP version may cause issues with RS plugin.

We logged in and tried to activate the Slider plugin but it needs to be updated first. We cannot update because you get the message that the package contains no files.

This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:
http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

We have to sort this out first before we fix the slider issue.
