Rev Slider Uninstalled when Updating, Cannot Reinstall
We tried to run an update for Rev Slider in one of our sites, and it gave us a 504 Error and Uninstalled.
Whenever we try to reinstall it, it gives us an error (this applies to various sites that we use BeTheme and Rev Slider for). On this particular site, we keep getting the error that the Destination Folder already exists.
Our instinct is to FTP in and delete the folder, and then try to reinstall, but our concern is that it will delete the existing sliders we created, which took a decent amount of time.
If we do the above, will we lose the sliders we've already created?
In addition, can you inform us as to why we always seem to have uninstallation errors when trying to update Rev Slider?
