Cannot update BeTheme and Plugins

Hey there,
please help me. I can't update the Theme and the three Plugins ... Layer Slider, Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder.
Update starts an the it says the file can not be loaded caus it's empty. My page is not working corretly right now.
