Can't update – Package does not contain files

Hi there,

I have an issue on updating from 20.8.7 to 20.9.4.

Error message says that the package does not contain files. That's already like that for about 2 weeks.

How could we solve this?

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hey there,

You were right, there was an old version of the website registered.

Deregistered it. But update error message is still the same.

Any other ideas?

Please deregister and register the theme again also try to disable all plugins.
