Remove or Change Sale tag on Products

Dear Team,

I have been trying to remove the "icon star" tag, which is displayed on Sale products. Since the star icon is not what I require, can you suggest me how to remove the default Sale tag and replace with Woocommerce default - Sale text instead.

Since the website is currently under construction, and I would not want public to access the website before its complete, can I email you the admin username and pw so that you may access and view the backend rather than me turning off the under construction page?
