Muffin Options Not Working

Hi, I am having an issue with the theme options where none of the options are visible.

It happened right after I added some CSS and JS in the CSS/JS sections. I can not figure out how to get it work again. Is there a way I can erase what I added to those sections through an FTP connection or something?
