Why disappears hover effect in icon box in muffin builder?

Hello, I try to make three icon box with text and pics. I tried to justify my text with this code <div style="text-align:justify;"> and first two paragraphs are ok with picture hover effects but when I get to third one I find that I lose this hover effect.

Could you tell me why?

Your contact in this collumn is made wrong.

Something is on your whole section and it's disabling hover effect.

Also try disable "W3 Total Cache" plugin.

Hello,

I separate different icon box in different wrappers. It is ok, despite second icon box is without hover effect. I have stopped "W3 Total Cache" plugin but nothing change.

Please take a look at this page and tell if it is ok or what can I do to fix it.

How does this section looks like, can you send me a screenshot?

Because one section_wrapper is covering few items.

After deleting this div everything works fine.
