Appearance of image description

Hello,

can you tell me how it's possible to edit the appearance of the description below the image in the portfolio.

At the moment there is a box with to much space to the sides. And is it possible to change the color of the box

and/or the text.

It's not possible, because WP option disallow it.

Settings of WP Media are forcing to use this same size

of images.
