Blurry website logo

Hi there,

When opening our Betheme website in IE the logo appears blurry. Despite several changes the image keeps appearing in the same blurry way when opened in IE. We now set the image natively 140x60, so the theme/WP is not resizing it. Still no satisfactory result in IE.

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

try to upload the logo again and clear the cache in your IE browser.

We see the logo is fine.

Hi There,

We checked on several IE-machines on different locations. On all we cleared the cache. Still a blurry logo in the upper left corner is visible (see https://snag.gy/KfsRYM.jpg).

What options are available?

This is a brower/image issue. The font is too thin for the IE browser to render properly. IT is not blurry, this is a wrong word to describe it. It gets distorted. Try using a jpeg with white background or an svg. We cannot do anything about that.
