Only 1 support name possible?

Hi
I am working together with someone else on a website. He has purchased the licence and it is his email associated with it. That is generally not a problem, as we can use his login into the support forum. But if you want to sent a private message with login details, like I want to do, then the Envato website doesn't like the double login from a different location. This is all very annoying. Is there a way to attach 2 support accounts to 1 licence so we can both have access?
