Unable to update BeTheme to latest version

Hello,

I've been trying for a few months to update the theme to the latest version and despite numerous calls with my hosting company to adjust the php settings I'm still getting error messages see attached screen shot.

I can also send an admin login if you need it.

Please help me update this theme, and also Layer Slider if possible as I think it's bundled with the theme.
