betheme options and site presets not showing in menu

  Hi,

  Please send me a screenshot of your System Status in BeTheme > System Status.

  Also try to disable all of the plugins, clear cache and try again.

  Please send me a link to your website.

  i somehow cant reply to your below response. the system status shows 10000, i can only access it by the theme page, no options show up in the sidebar menu for betheme at all... i sent login via themeforest contact form as requested.

  That's why I told you to send me a screenshot of it.

  If PHP_Max_input_vars in BeTheme > System Status is smaller than 5000, please

  talk with your Hosting Providor to increase it.

  Hey,

  we logged in to your wordpress account and disabled all plugins, the theme works fine and the betheme options load fine. Please check which if the plugins you installed is causing this issue.
