Changes in Header & Subheader - Extras - Other - Banner ... save doesn't work

Hi,

 

I made some changes in the option of my site
(generally I updated the logo links to https) and wanted also to change the
"Banner" in the "Header & Subheader - Extras - Other"
Section.

Sadly, any change I do there won't get saved. I
can edit it, I can delete the input, it doesn't matter, after pressing
"Save Changes" the original input is right back there. Other options –
also on this site - I can change easily…



I don't know if it's a weird bug on my end or a flaw in the current release,
but I would appreciate help.

    Hi,
    Not all Header styles have banner allowed.
    Did you try with other styles of Header?

    Yeah, I normally use "Creative: Always Open" and shortly switched to "Classic" so my banner wasn't visible, but I still couldn't change the input … now I switched back to my original style - banner is back, but I still can't change anything in the field (and keep it after saving)

    I really don't understand why it doesn't let me save.

    Don't ask me why … one night sleep and today it worked … I tried it about 20 times yesterday and today it just saved it …

    No, I didn’t do anything … I thought about it but didn't want to cripple my site or put it offline for it. The only thing which happens in the meantime was an plugin update of contact form (which should do nothing to it)
