Header in Post does not appear

Hello,

I am working on the appearance of my customer's website and I would like to have the same header on the single-post like on the homepage. (only with a different image and not a slider if possible)

For that I tried to add a header-image to the single post-page. I'm using the Congress-theme. If I upload the image into "Kopfzeilenbild" it does not appear . Why?


And if I try it with the slider (which works and looks nice and ok for me - but instead of the slider I prefer the image) the first words of the text are repeated in the bottom of the slider...?
What did I do wrong?
