Hi, I have same problem. Key is registered and saved in advanced options. But I get message missing api key in console. Is the key saved in the database? Maybe I can check database and see if it is saved there
Hi, Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link. It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co thanks
I'm using the Child Theme, and it appears that neither the child nor main theme have an update that is available. But clearly the API key option in options>global>advanced is not available.
I've the same issue. I wrote to Google, and I got this answer:
"Upon inspecting your website, I saw that you are not using any API key to load your map, which is mandatory for our Maps APIs to work. If you are using a plugin to load your Google Map please follow the plugin's directions to correctly set your API key"
I checked and it seems Google is right. Obviously I set up the key on the theme options. The link to the website is HERE.
Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file, your website link, admin login credentials privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Thanks.
This is probably because you are using an old version of the theme. Please update to the newest.
thanks
You can put it in theme options>global>advanced. It was mentioned a couple of times in this disscussion.
