What option do I used in the page's theme settings to do a 301 Redirect

I want to have a page on my BeTheme website immediately redirect to another page.

In my previous theme, there is a "301 Redirect" option under the PAGE OPTIONS.

How do I do that in the BeTheme?? I can't find anything that let's me set the page to always redirect to another URL.

sorry but we do not have such an option, you would have to manully insert the 301 redirect codes into your htaccess file.

That is terrible. I have had much more archaic themes than BeTheme that had a simple 301 Redirect as a page option...

So, exactly how do I do that ("manully insert the 301 redirect codes into your htaccess file")??? My page is hosted on SiteGround. I am terrified that I am going to destroy something just to do a simple 301 redirect. This is as close as I could get with SiteGround: https://www.siteground.com/kb/category/working-with-htaccess-redirects/
