the logo size and vertical padding can be adjusted in theme options>global>logo
the colors can be changed in theme options>colors

The border is the color set in theme options>colors>menu
The colors or information in the woocommerce page are not changeable.
This is a third party plugin and we do not help with its customization.
The login for the customer can be added in the sidebar using widgets (appaerace>widgets)

Maybe you have some cache plugin or browser cache and you do not see those changes or some plugin is creating a conflict, try to disable the plugins and wipe cache.

We are not talking about active link color. I am talking about the border color of hover link. Please see this image.

Also we have cleared all browser cache and also tried to open the same in Incognito mode.

We want that when the search icon is clicked at the top and customer search for a particular item, then only products must be displayed not blogs and other options.

Also we want to make checkout page more user friendly, to be appear in single window (Not scrollable). How the same can be possible.

If you want more functions, you have to do it yourself or find somebody who'll be able to do it, because it's theme modification and we do not provide it.
