Header in the single Portfolio problem

I am desperate. I have a problem with the single portfolio header. I have loaded a header image. All my header images have the same size of 1300x850 pixels. Everything is displayed correctly in the browser. When I zoom out the browser on mobile phone width, the picture slips down and I have a black area. Single Posts are correct, but the portfolio makes trouble. Sorry my english is not so good. What can I do?

I disabled this changes and header do not have background image.

Set the image from beginning, delete my custom css and wait, i'll write it again or find another solution because earlier i thinked that you don't need this because there was nothing.
