Can't edit blog teaser description on blog page

Hello,
Our website & blog I am referring to: https://kpsdigitalmarketing.co.uk/blog/
I am trying to edit the blog teaser description for each blog we post which is shown on our blog page (see image below).
I have tried editing the text on the page options under 'SEO Description' and in the Yoast SEO plugin description on the page.
Neither of these are changing the text. Please help.

this is the excerpt, please edit the field. TO do this, edit the page and find the excerpt field on the bottom of the page, if you do not see it, you will need to enable this in the screen options (top right corner of the page edit)
