  Hi,

  1) Disable all of the plugins. clear cache and check again.

  2) Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html
  errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

  I disable all the plugin and also fixed the HTML. But it seem the problem still occurs.

  Hi, I trash some of my pages and create a new page. Check my HTML in firefox there is no error was shown. 
  
  However, I notice my Main Menu is reading all my pages code from shortcode plus I disable all the plugin including Visual Composer.

  Hi,

  please go to appaerance>menus and click the "screen options" tab on the upper right. It will slide down a menu. Enable "descriptions" and click on the menu item. You will see that those shortcodes were inserted into that field. You just have to remove them:
