Can't create Menu

Hello,

I've just installed your theme in a new WordPress installation with the Tuning Template.

We started making some changes to the images and copy and noticed that the Main menu isn't the same as the template.I tried to change the Menu settings in the theme options but nothing seemed to be working.

I've read your forum and found that I should create a new Menu and set it as the Main menu, unfortunately I tried to create a news menu but when filling the menu name and pressing create menu nothing happened.

Once again I search your forum for answers and followed another suggestion and deactivated all plugins and tried once again to create a new Menu but without success.

Can you help me?

I still can't create a new menu under Appearance -> Menu.

Hi Pablo,

In fact there isn't any error message.

I create a name for the Menu, hit Create Menu the name disappears and nothing really happens.

We checked and it looks like this is a hosting issue. Even when we enabled another theme, like "twentysixteen" the menus cannot be created.

Please contact your hosting provider about this issue.

An do you have any clue of what can be blocking this server side? Or no clue at all?

Ask him about some firewalls or defence systems of hosting.

We are not sure what it can be.
