Mobile Menu flips to other side of screen and glitches

Hello,

the mobile menu on my website keeps glitching. If you press the dropdown, it flips to the other side randomly and does not allow you to select any option.

Also, on the desktop, I cannot seem to make the menu a drop down with expanding secondary menus. Instead it does a full width menu with submenus directly under it.

Hello Bryan,

When you say ALL plugins do you mean anything that's not Betheme related?

Also, how do I change the menu to a drop down that's vertical and not horizontal?

We have to check the website without any plugin on, usually that's a plugins fault.

To change the style of the responsive menu, go to Theme Options > Responsive > Header

> Menu section

That changed it on the mobile but I want to also change it on the Desktop version. It still had the horizontal menu even after I clear the cache

The mobile menu can be changed only. The desktop version will not change unless you select another header style.

Check the "Simple" header style in Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header
