Layer Slider not found on recent update

I just updated from 17 to the latest version (20.9.7) of the theme. I have an issue with layer slider (6.5.1) saying that it needs to be updated to the latest version (6.7.6) but it keeps saying "Update package not available".

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

I've only used this template on this website (https://eventmonograms.com) . I did use the tool and it's registered and activated without any problems. After the install, I am experiencing issues with the slider revolution / vimeo video. I am viewing the video on IE 11 and I keep on getting error and if it works, it doesn't loop. Previously, I did not have any issues.
