Contact Form 7 Custom CSS Not Working

I've been trying to add some custom styles to my form but nothing is working. Even a simple command like making the submit button 100% width isn't working.

If I first make the change in the Chrome Inspector, it works. As soon as I add it to the Custom CSS in the Theme Options, it doesn't work.

Is there something in the theme that is blocking it from working on the forms?

I'm also noticing that other custom styles won't work as well.

I've paid for the theme but haven't registered it yet. We're building a copy of this particular website and I didn't want to have to register, deregister and then register it again when it goes live. Is that the problem?

Again, if you choose to "Inspect" it in the browser and make temp CSS changes, the form will change. It's when I add it to the Custom CSS that it still doesn't work.

This code above will work, if your CSS code won't be issued.
