can't update theme

in Theme support
Hi Folks,

When we try to update BeTheme from 20.9.2 to 20.9.7.3, the upgrade process will start, but then halt midway through, and nothing else happens, and the site is stuck in maintenance mode.

Help appreciated.

    If I visit Appearance > Themes, and try to update the theme there, I receive a message:



    "Update Failed: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
    504 Gateway Timeout Gateway Timeout The gateway did not receive a
    timely response from the upstream server or application."

    The best thing to do here is to :
    1. Disable all plugins then check if it works.
    2. Update the version of your PHP to 7
    3. If those steps do not work, go to your FTP /themes folder and remove the betheme folder, then install it again using the latest version from themeforest.
