Migrate website - muffin builder links

Hello, 

I am almost done with my website. I generated it as a subdomain (like beta.oldwebsitname. nl) of my current website (oldwebsitename . nl) in my hosting dashbord. 

When I migrate now the subdomain to my main domain (just by deleting the old and changing the domain name of the wordpress one into the "oldwebsitename . nl" All the cross links of the page will be like beta.oldwebsitname. nl/pageID/ then.

Is there a option that the links change automatically into oldwebsitname. nl/pageID/ 

Because I used Links in the muffin builder a lot to cross link my pages (e.g. an image or "how it works"-item to another page of this website.

Any possibility in sight, or will I have to change all links manually?
