updating BeTheme to Version 20.9.7.3 doesnot allow Visual composer update.

Hi,

Just have BeTheme updated to version 20.9.7.3.

Then went to Install plugins option, there I saw WPBakery Page Builder needs to be updated.

When trying to update it, I got this error message"

Updating Plugin: WPBakery Page Builder

Unpacking the update…

Could not copy file. js_composer/assets/lib/prettyphoto/images/prettyPhoto/dark_rounded/loader.gif

How can I resolve it?

Hi,

1) Deregister and register your theme.

2) Disable all of the plugins, then try to update the WPBakery.

I have

1- deregistered and registered theme

2- disabled all plugins

3- tried to update WPBakery, got same error message.

4- Saw that there is a new BeTheme version 20.9.7.4. tried to update theme but also here I got another error message:

Disabling Maintenance mode…

All updates have been completed.

Please contact your hosting provider.

I will contact them, but it looks like strange that only this file(s) could not be copied?

It's probably a first file which is copied. (alphabetical order), and after the issue of the first file, nothing else is copied.

After checking it was a server issue. Now everything is updated to v 20.9.7.4
