Misconfiguration of the new theme after update

Hi people from Muffing Group.

I updated my theme
using a news header builder, but it have desconfigured my site totally.
My menu does not work anymore,the footer is wrong.

Everything got mixed up. Site link:http://primehealth.com.br/ ;

Could you please verify whats wrong

Well, this is very basic and before looking for support I have already done all those steps.

Still having the trouble and my site still desconfigured.

I hope the next orientation como to fruiton to REALLY sort the issue.

Please go to your FTP and remove the theme folder completly. Then install the newest version of BeTheme and try to import the pre-built website again.

Before you import it, please activate only the necessary plugins, leave rest disabled.

But If I do that I have to rebuild all pages and site. I cannot do it. Do you have other solution?

Please, make a subfolder on your domain and clone this website with this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Then, reinstall WordPress on your main domain and if everything will work,
import and export your pages from subfolder to main domain.

People, I sorted the issue. There were some custom CSS code which was provoking misconfig after theme update. Thank you.
