all the icon under the betheme settings including the shortcode to be display on page not working

Hi,

my website is elismorglobalservices.com.sg/wp

all the shortcode icon such as social icon, even in betheme options the icons such as layout type for 'full width' and 'boxed' not working.

please help.

Hi,

I noticed some of the icons not appear due to corrupted icon files. May i know the location of shortcode icons in betheme zip file? so i can manually upload the corrupted icons?

Hi,

as we see, corrupted is revolution slider image http://elismorglobalservices.com.sg/wp/wp-content/plugins/revslider/rs-plugin/assets/loader.gif so please deactivate revolution slider plugin and check if this will help. If not, then please leave this plugin deactivated and let us know so we can have a look on website with deactivated plugin.

Hi,

I have reupload the files under the assets folder including the loader.gif. I have clicked the link to loader.gif and it shows the gif animation.

how about the problem with my shortcode for social such as icon-facebook, etc...

as you can see the footer of my website it shows the 4 social icons without picture..

We have checked already everything and this was really hard but finally we found. The problem is with one of your files http://elismorglobalservices.com.sg/wp/wp-content/themes/betheme/fonts/mfn-icons.css but in this case you must contact with server administrator. Your server modified this file and this does not look as our original file what you can see at http://betheme.muffingroupsc.netdna-cdn.com/betheme/wp-content/themes/betheme/fonts/mfn-icons.css

I really appreaciate your help. I have reupload the file and when i compare the content between 2 of them is okay now, but still my social icon shortcode not appear in the footer section.

The files are still different. Please compare the urls we sent above. Your file have weird chinese letters what means that problem is related with server.

I tried to compare the particular file and particular line and see no differences. I can't even see the chinese character in the file i'm currently using.

Have you seen our screenshot above? Because we did screenshot of what we see and we have no idea why on your side it looks different but for sure this must be related with server.

Hi,

The chinese character that you mentioned exist in the file only for comments right? If it is, why this commented line related to my problem?

I've checked with my web hosting admin and they said the file i have in my server is the same as original file from your website.

Hi,

i have solved the problem. what i do is to ftp all the files under /wp/wp-content/themes/bethemes/fonts folder. earlier i only ftp 1 file only (mfn-icons.css), but after i ftp all the files in that folder my social-icons appear.
