ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE and PHP MAX INPUT VARS

I have 2 problems working with Betheme.

1. When I am working and save the changes appears the message ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.

2. the system status says the following: PHP Max Input Vars 1000 Minimum is required 5000 and I do not know how to fix it.

I lost a lot of time to try to resolve this and I must finish this project today.

1. From what I have found on the web, this problem is not related to the theme, read more here:

2. You should contact your hosting provider about the system status. Those are the hosting values which should be set by the user.
