  I contacted the hosting company (HostGator) and the issue when from the menu to now a fatal error in the betheme and it crashed the theme entirely. 

  
  

  If it is possible to escalate the issue that would be amazing!

  I removed the theme and reinstalled betheme and everything worked great.

  A second issue:

  
  

  I built the website on a different url/ server www.sfbaycruise.growthclient.com and migrated it from there. Thinking the issue may be in the purchse code ringing in twice i purchased an additional code.

  
  

  While I did not need it to work (at least so far). How do I properly remove it from the other URL?
  
  Also, is there a way I can get a list of all the betheme purchase codes i ahve and what urls they are tied to. I think i have a few I have used for short term sites and if possible would like to reuse them

  Then you can use register your license key somewhere else.

  If this message appears, that means this license key is not used anywhere.
