Update Error - Package contains no files.

I am trying to update as it says:
You have version 20.9.7.6 installed. Update to 20.9.8.1.1.

Each time I try I get the following error:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Also FYI, I've seen the licensing link and have it registered with 1 site only. Everything seems perfectly in order except not updating!

Hi David,

Try to deregister and register your license, then try to update like 3-4 times.

First two attempts have to refresh the database date.

It won't let me deregister it... keeps returning to the page showing it as registered.
