Blog Item - Change image size

Hi support,

I have used a blog item with this option:

Count - Number of posts to show: 1
Style: Photo (Horizontal Images)
Column: 2

I want to display a single photo in full width but I need to change the height because is too short.
How can I set the size of the photo in this style?

I need to change the responsive size also.
