ALT text on logos

I thought that too... So I already tried this. The ALT text field for https://htejendomme.dk/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/hte-logo_03.png is set in Wordpress but doesn't display frontend.

Did you add an alt tag for this image in the Media Library in Wordpress Dashboard?

If no, please do it.

If yes, then please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I uploaded your logo (with all plugins disabled) again and it works.

Please reupload them and everything should be okay.

Pablo, could you please explain what you did exectly? Did you just disable all plugins, uploaded a new logo and enabled plugins again? I understand that this is a workaround but is it a solution? Why do I have disable plugins to make it work?

It's working with plugins turned on too.
So, do not worry about disabling plugins, just re-upload the logos.

Hi, I have the same issue with my alt tag for logo SVG version. This logo uploaded directly to the hosting, so how can i add the alt tag to the logo?

Are you able to see it in the Wordpress Media Library?

If so, please provide the "Alt tag" in field of that SVG as I done on the screenshot below:
