  Thanks for the prompt response. Indeed it seems that the issue is related to license registration. Something very strange is happening. We have two keys:

  • 5207e751-e300-****-****-************
    
  • cefa9849-314c-****-****-************

  Each license should be associated with a different website and URL.

  
  

  However when I use the license manager http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ both keys will redirect to the same page. In this page the license cefa9849-314c-****-****-************ is listed along with website governance.business (which is correct).

  
  

  The license 5207e751-e300-****-****-************ should be associated with website inovaprime.com, And there should be no link between them...

  Please deregister these licenses and please activate(register) them on the proper website.
  Then try to update your BeTheme like 2-3 times, and it should work.

  Did you try to deregsiter it on api and on the dashboard of theme?
